Group Therapy for You

Group therapy can augment individual treatment plans, and sometimes it even replaces the one-on-one sessions completely. It provides a safe setting for real-life interaction with others. In this environment, members will have the opportunity to discuss their problems honestly and give each other feedback and positive reinforcement.

My groups are small between 4 to 6 members. Types of groups I facilitate are: struggling with hearing loss; chronic pain; women who decide not to have children; grief; stress reduction - muscle tension relaxation and gentle movement
