I work with individuals from all walks of life, embracing the diversity of age, race, ethnicity, cultural background, sexual orientation, gender identity, and the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Whether you prefer in-person sessions or telehealth counseling, I am here to support you on your journey towards growth and healing.
Over the years, I have developed experience and a deep understanding of various challenges that people face. Here are some of the areas I offer support in:
Individual therapy is a deeply personal journey, focused enterely on you. Our sessions, typically lasting 45-50 minutes, are tailored to your unique needs and goals. The frequency of appointments will depend on yoru specific treatment plan, and regular attendence is encouraged for the most effective progress towards your work.
I work with various types of relationships, including couples, polyamorous, open relationships, ethical non-monogamy relationships, friendships, and family dynamics. Sessions range from 60 to 75 minutes, allowing each person to express themselves fully and feel heard. To streamline the proces, I typically ask one person to handle the payment, which we can discuss during our first meeting (consultation or first session).
Group therapy can be a powerful complement to your individual treatment plan, and sometimes it can even stand alone as a complete form of support. It offers a safe and welcoming space where you can connect with others who may share similiar experiences. In these sessions, you'll have the opportunity to openly discuss your challenges, receive feedback, and offer encouragement to others in a nurturing environment.
My groups are intentionally small, with 4 to 6 members, ensuring that everyone has the chance to participate fully. I currently facilitate the flowing groups:
Dates for these groups are yet to be determined. If one of these groups resonates with you, please reach out--I'd love to find a time that works for everyone.
